Similar to a chic boutique hotel, the Anthem House lobby welcomes individuals with a bold and creative energy. Exposed ductwork, focal steel and concrete elements, and public art and murals by local Maryland artists create an inviting environment that also pays tribute to the area’s architectural heritage.

Historic D.C. Hospital Renewed and Restored in Apartment Conversion - After 20 years sitting vacant in Washington, D.C.’s Capitol Hill Historic District, the southern portion of Bridgeport Hospital has been stripped of its later additions and revived as 700 Constitution, a modern and fully amenitized apartment community that retains its historic 1920s red-brick exterior.

Inside The Boro, The Project Aiming To Usher In Tysons' Mixed-Use Renaissance

The design team was tasked with creating a modern tower that would signal the revival of the downtown district, yet also honor the city’s history. Located in the exciting Power and Light Entertainment District, Two Light was designed to engage the neighborhood and contribute to the energy happening on the streets below.

Known as “ The Kelvin + eNvy” project, RD Jones & Associates is working with Hord, Coplan Macht Architects on the design for two apartment/condo buildings located on Half and “N” Streets in Washington, DC.

Common areas are decorated with art and a 561-gallon exotic saltwater aquarium, while residents can entertain in a “speakeasy” space, a library, or a game room with arcade, poker and shuffleboard tables. There’s a pet spa too, with grooming and dog walking services.

RD Jones & Associates ranks at #34 on Interior Design's 2017 Rising Giants list. Total fees for the Rising Giants ticked up 4 percent to $475 million, but this is lower than the forecast of $506 million. Still, they predict fees of $530 million in the next go around. Real full magazine piece.

MFE Awards Grand Winner: Mid-Rise The Fitzgerald
The company developed an open-lobby floor plan, broken up by intimate seating clusters, that, indeed, give visitors a sense of being in a boutique hotel. The interiors include raw woods, chiseled stone, woven metals, bold colors, and local artwork. Full online story here.
